Abstract

The chapter's subsections are mainly focused on the derivatives of the thiazole and benzothiazole structural cores. Derivatives of thiazoline, thiazolidine, and benzothiazoline are considered as well. The chapter covers theoretical, structural, spectral, chemical and biological aspects of the chemistry of the thiazole scaffold.
