Abstract
A patient is described in whom transformation of lymphocytoma cutis (LC) into malignant lymphoma, diffuse, mixed small and large lymphocytes, occurred in association with the sign of Leser-Trelat (LT), which is a marker for internal malignancy. To the best of our knowledge, such an association has not been reported previously.
