Abstract
The article describes a learning plan that facilitated the transition from functioning as a participant in a group to functioning as a group leader. This functional transition is part of the requirements of courses on group leadership. The transition and change of function are based on the need for “Transition Space,” which enables separation from previous norms and a gradual development of new ways of behaving. The course combines theoretical studies with practical ones and was given as part of a program for training leadership for parents groups.
