N2 - This paper presents progress in research on a novel oscillator architecture based on a current-starved ring oscillator and ring-connected transmission lines. Additional simulations of the proposed oscillator architecture and details regarding the construction and measurement of the prototype device are outlined. The results verify both the hysteretic behavior and the improved noise performance of the novel oscillator.
