Abstract
The generation of magnetic fluctuations by homogeneous, isotropic and incompressible turbulence with zero mean magnetic field was mainly studied for magnetic Prandtl numbers Prm≥ 1 (see, e.g., [1–3]). However, in astrophysics the magnetic Prandtl numbers is small. On the other hand, generation of magnetic fluctuations with zero mean field for Prm≪ 1 were not observed in numerical simulations (see, e.g., [4]). In addition, the turbulent velocity field cannot be considered as a divergence-free in astrophysics (e.g., accretion disks, solar and stellar convection zones, galaxies).
