Abstract

Ibrutinib, a potent Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor, is an effective treatment for hematological malignancies including chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia, mantle cell lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, and chronic graft versus host disease.
