Abstract

Measurements of the temperature dependence of the resistivity of PrBa2Cu3O7-δ (δ ≤ .04) show that variable range hopping is the dominant conduction mechanism in this material below room temperature. This result was found for epitaxial as well as for ceramic samples of this material. The dimensionality of the process could not as yet be determined.
