Abstract
The effect of temperature and anneaing time in an inert medium on the coefficients of thermo-emf, electric conductivity, chemical composition, Hall's mobility, and carrier concentration in films obtained by the method of discrete evaporation of a solid solution of Bi//2Te//2//. //4Se//0//. //6 is investigated. Film thickness reached 6 mu m. Changes in the electrophysical properties of films occurring along with the rising temperature take place in the same direction as their changes in the volumetric crystals of the investigated solid solution of the system Bi//2Te//3 plus Bi//2Se//3.
